Pros
The only complaint we have is that it's a little loud and does not have an auto shutoff. The only other itty bitty downside is that i really have to scrub the edges of this with a brush to clean it. Haven't used th molds yet.
It heats and froths at the same time. It froths my vegan creamer right up. It heats up milk while my coffee brews.
Cons
I'm sure this is an infrequent thing, as the reviews are still great. Used it less then 50 times. That is two days after the return policy expired. It is super small, no bigger than a medium size mixing bowl.
After just a few uses, it also leaks hot cocoa into the motor unit. Dirt gets under the seal, making it yucky to use after that. There is no way to clean underneath of this seal and this poses a risk for bacteria and mold growth.

I'm giving one of these with raw cocoa for christmas gifts this year!
I appreciated how the unit came out of the box ready to use.

It definitely makes more noise than the other hot chocolate makers we have had.
I bought this one because i had another one before but not the same name brand and it stopped working so i figured i would try this one.
What sold me on it was that it can make multiple cups at once, unlike the other models we saw on amazon.

I also wish there was a heating element that stayed on without having to have the frother running so that the hot chocolate would stay warm after it is done mixing
