Pros
The only complaint we have is that it's a little loud and does not have an auto shutoff. The only other itty bitty downside is that i really have to scrub the edges of this with a brush to clean it. Haven't used th molds yet.
It heats and froths at the same time. It froths my vegan creamer right up. It heats up milk while my coffee brews.
Cons
I'm sure this is an infrequent thing, as the reviews are still great. Used it less then 50 times. That is two days after the return policy expired. It is super small, no bigger than a medium size mixing bowl.
After just a few uses, it also leaks hot cocoa into the motor unit. Dirt gets under the seal, making it yucky to use after that. There is no way to clean underneath of this seal and this poses a risk for bacteria and mold growth.

At first glance it’s pretty straight forward however there aren’t many “troubleshoot” or in depth instructions on the parts aside from “clean do not submerge add too much or let heat for too long
