There is a shield between the heating element and the bun section that make them cook slower than the hot dogs but the buns still end up charred on the edges

I tried lowering the heat setting but the edges of the buns still charred because even when you use the smallest buns the ones normally used for steamed hot dogs some of the edges still rest on the elements

Moreover when i lower the heat the wieners are not cooked enough

I have to place the machine on the highest heat settings to properly cooked them

Has parts that get burnt food on it in the bun warmingroasting section the parts are not removable to clean
