Needless to say im pretty happy with the company for compensating me for the time i waited for it.

5-2-13 amendment: i contacted nostalgia electrics and explained the problems i was having with the popper.

The price was much better on amazon than in my local stores.

The price of movies and those $10.

My purchase was refurbished i believe so i paid a great price for it.

Shipping

The pan could be a little bit bigger, but is easy to use and make fast popcorns !

It may not make a whole lot of popcorn all at once but once it's warmed up, it is so fast and fun to watch, who cares!

Packaging/appearance

Note: the best way - i found - to wash the kettle.

We got this machine a few days ago, we loved the look of it when we took it out of the box.
