Arrived in good condition, assembled easily. Over all still a good purchase. Besides that, highly recommend!
Purchased this for my girlfriend as a xmas gift. Great gift to use on a cold night with a movie and snowing outside. Love s'mores inside, especially when it rains or in the winter.
Cons
Really disappointed in this. Very discouraged. Not cool. Not worth a single penny. Look cute but cheap looking in the meantime.
Took too long to heat up marshmallows. Takes so long for the marshmallow to get a slight burn. The heat it emits is ridiculous. The roasting sticks are too short for kids.
The grate feels like it's going to fall off, so it seems that there’s some type of design flaw. No way to snap in place. The 2 foot cord was broken and missing parts.
The tray that fits around the heat device is flimsy. The snack tray that is supposed to fit around the s’mores maker is a circle while the machine is a square.

Bought for my boyfriends sister for christmas and she loved it!
It packs up nicely in the box it came in and returns to the pantry.

I would not allow children to use unattended
