Pros

Great product. Performs beautifully. Easy and not messy. But be careful how you put the top part in, the cord has to be lined up just right.

For the price it's a bargain and i hope it lasts a long time. My grandson loves this. Much better than snow cones.

We use small, hexagonal ice cubes, which works great to get the right consistency. I freeze different powerade flavors in the cup and it adds just enough flavor for them without being too sweet. Will also work with any and all kinds of ice cubes.

Sent me a used defective product. My blender work better than this. This machine is a piece of junk.

Thankfully amazon takes returns.

I couldn't be more please with this product.

It is cheaper so it’s cheaper quality of course but it comes apart for easy storage & easy cleaning.

So we can have about five different pucks freezing at once, and not have to wait for the one that came with the package to freeze.

Packaging/appearance

Looks nice out on the counter, too.

Ice needs to be frozen at least 12 hours to get the fluffiest ice.
