Pros

This machine works great with candy floss sugar, but it also does well with hard candies. It takes just a couple of minutes for the sugar to melt and start becoming floss. Once it is heated it takes about 5 minutes to make cotton candy.

I was pretty skeptical when my 12 year old picked this out. Has worked consistently 5 times so far. Easy to use. It is highly recommended!

Amazingly easy to assemble, use & clean. The instructions say to wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.

Once you get the hang of a few quirks, it makes great cotton candy. Super satisfied with the purchase. Worth every penny.

Cons

The specialty extractor head gets clogged with sugar during the process (perfectly normal) and needs to be cleaned. It also slings hot melted sugar across the plastic ring that covers it.

It looks nice but functionality is limited. The flavors are definitely there but it's not really worth it. Does not make full size candy. Very over priced.

I think the plastic cones that come with the machine are too big.

Takes forever to make cotton candy, cheap product, rather spend more and get better product

I smashed up the candy pieces at first but then i just put them in whole and it was about the same.
