Pros

Easy to set up and fairly easy to use. My only caution has to do with the prog button. Go another beep.

This coffeemaker takes up very little space but does a great job with k-cups/loose & bag tea/ loose coffee/& hot water. The mug pictured is 15 oz and holds the perfect amount without being too tall to fit.

Single-serve tea/coffee/chocolate/hot water maker. The coffee tastes great which is most important. I love the color, shape the font they used for the lettering. Check the details panel below the ordering info.

Cons

Poorly made. It’s not a complex machine but inferior parts make an inferior product.

But everytime i use a kcup it explodes grounds into the cup and makes a huge mess.

The basket container is simple so low it sticks down into the 12 oz cup i prefer to use. Reservoir only hold 8 oz not 14. Too short for most 12oz cups. Unless your 12oz mug is a bowl, good luck.

Unfortunately it is so small that many of my normal mugs do not fit underneath, and i end up making coffee into a short glass 2 c.

This guy is tiny, first impressions were concerning due to just how small it is (felt more like doll furniture than a coffee machine!
