Ive only downgraded my rating to 4 stars because the controls while easy to use are far from intuitive and theres no manual included in the box nor is there a listing of a url where you can download the manual–really inconsiderate on the makers part

Without the manual this very different microwave wouldnt be usable as anything other than a doorstop

Fortunately its easy enough to find the manual with a google search but its a bit of a pita to print out only the english instructions or whichever of the three languages you need the whole thing is gt 40 pps most of which are superfluous

I havent had the problems some users have reported and the clock on mine is standard 12hour time not the 24 hour military time others have complained about
