The ice needs to be slightly melted before using or else it will clump up inside the machine

First is the amount of noise it makes compared to other machines and the stand is too far from where the ice falls so it makes a mess if you don’t hold up the sno cone cup to the right spot

It seems to work where the cups that were supposed to come with it in the pictures didnt look or work the same

Regular ice from refrigerator can be used and not some fancy molded block which you had to have days in advance
