Pros
This quesadilla maker works perfectly! Very convenient way to prepare an amazing meal. Takes about 12-15 minutes to get a really good and crispy one. Heats up really well and makes indentions on tortilla.
Cons
Several issues with this grill. A real safety hazard. Stopped working after about 2 months. The latch is horrible. What a hassle.
If you put a good amount in the weight of the lid causes all the cheese to ooze out the sides. The top gets very hot so it is very risky not to burn you hands while opening it. Then add tortilla and close the lid.
There is no way to see if the tortilla is crispy and golden brown without opening the contraption. Cooked for over 10 minutes and still weren't crispy. Did brown lightly, but still thicker texture and no crisping.
