The family loves it when they see the machine on the counter. This is the second one of these i have owned. Somehow, my original one was misplaced when moving to a new home. It works fine.

The canister is very thin aluminum. The plastic that the dasher is made from is too soft. Since the paddle never touches the sides of the canister, it never freezes, never, an hour later of electricity one has to give up.

Took it inside, opened and removed it from the box. Accepted it as my mistake, so continued to unpack and assemble. Found broken, unusable. Immediately boxed back up for return.

Very disappointed. Not impressed with this product.
