Gels are gel caps and i noticed something rancid tasting in my pills. Look up the p5p type of b6 - it's known to be better but expensive.

However b6 must be taken with caution or under doctor’s advice

It cannot simply be taken like vit c or vit d as it can spike your hormone levels which it did for me
