This product is acetyl l-carnitine not n-acetyl cystine (nac) the pills are large and difficult to *. They are also solid pills which can be very uncomfortable if swallowed horizontally.

No lift with now either right away, or even later on. I looks like the new facility is in china. Then i throw up a couple more times and my heart started skipping beats.
