Pros

Also aids greatly in mind-muscle connection for weight training. I recommend it for all people who suffer from chronic fatigue and deperesion. They work wonders for energy and a metabolic boost!

There are very few supplements i have tried that i would call lifechanging. I always take 1 pill/day and it constantly makes me feel more energetic. Part of my daily pill regimen.

Cons

These are much more than 3/4 long, more than 1/4 high (domed on both sides) other brands that i looked at are not deceptive like this and indicate the serving size being one tablet.
