Pros

I am lactose intolerant. I make lactose free yougert with 8 biking units. It seems to help just as much as the probiotic gummies that i usually take even though this has less per billion and less strands.

Now makes excellent and affordable supplements and that really irriates the * out of these expensive supplement companies. Acidophilus is good for canker stores, so it is good to keep in the home.

For acidophilus, it seems like from everything i've read, the more the merrier. This product comes in an easy to * capsule unlike others who have it in a large compacted powdery pill.

Cons

This product causes severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. At the bottom of the page, after all the reviews, it say this has potato starch and dairy derivative.
