Pros

I trust now products for their purity. They make a quality product at a decent price. Have been taking these for over a month and am pleased with the change from nature made to this brand.

Cons

Just opening the container to get one pill out makes the room smell for quite a while. The bottle was supposed to have 250 capsules but only contained 206. The capsule version of almost any vitamin except for gel caps seem to upset my stomach.

I switched to the now brand for my b100 and i have found it both an affordable, consistent and effective product now for over a year.

Now b100 complex is a much better brand!
