Pros

The liquid form allows for rapid absorption, ensuring that i get the full benefits of vitamin b-12 quickly and efficiently. The best thing about it being concentrated is that you only take a 1/4 tsp. This b complex is a good liquid vitamin.

The taste is not bad at all even swishing in the mouth for 30 seconds. Nice taste but don't spill.

This stuff works. Price is phenomenal. I like the now products, i feel it is a good brand. This works instantaneously!

It's a fantastic addition to any wellness routine, and i'm grateful to have discovered it. I find that it seriously helps my energy levels which keeps me from slowing down and wallowing in depression. Maintain optimal energy levels.
