A nutritionist i know said that “no living being should die with cheap urine” what that means is b vitamins make your urine bright yellow which means your body is using the b and expelling what it doesn’t need via the kidneys

Because supplements are not controlled by the fda you can’t always trust what you get actually has what the label says in it
