Pros
Large but soft capsules. Easy to *, no aftertaste. Huge gel cap.
Last year i was diagnosed with osteopenia after a ct scan of my pelvis. Calcium and magnesium come in large capsules or tablets. I like these because they are softgel tablets!
Seems to work well and it’s cheaper. Another benefit as been regularity.
