It works 'effortlessly' making morning grunts a thing of the past. It takes about 24 hours to work but it actually works flawlessly and effectively.

Cons

It works, but my colonoscopy indicated substantial darkening my colon. The smell is very strong through the capsule inside the bottle. They work, but not nearly as effective as another brand listed on amazon.
