Pros

Been using this in my smoothie. Worked perfect to refill my microwaveable heating pad. You need a small coffee grinder if you want a powder to sprinkle on or in your food source.

Golden flax seeds are nutritionally better than dark flax. I prefer buying them whole rather than the already milled stuff.

They are fresh and i use them daily because of the qualities they espouse. Nice & filling. For my hamster.
