Pros

Amazon's price is better than my local health food store. Works too, helping me lose weight 5 lbs after 4 days. I wish they would go on sale once and awhile. The price is awesome!

Eat it before or within the first few bites of every meal. They're quite tasty. As soon as i eat 2 of these it's instantly better!

Berry taste is very natural, no chemical aftertaste. Nice berry flavor and not bitter. It tastes good & works even better.

It also helps with bloating. My stomach frequently needs help digesting gluten. Helps take down bloat and makes bowel movements easier.

I am not a nutritionist or a medical person, this is just my experience. I have several food allergies and have two children who are lactose intolerant. I take two of these before every meal, and it has been an important part of the healing process.

I had this on a subscription but i refuse to pay this current price tag.
