Pros

Choline & inositol are both very important for brain health. There are possible benefits from supplementing with choline if you take metformin.

Both seem equally good. They are easy to *. I hope it helps.

Cons

I suspect the inositol caused the odd feeling, as i have used a lecithin without the sleepiness.

Misleading amount of choline. Complete ripoff. Returning this item for a refund. I find it very frustrating when product descriptions are misleading.

Pros: saw a difference in memory in 1 monthcons: definitely raised histamine levels.

Too big for me to swallow, but they can be easily opened up, and the powder inside can be mixed in with food or drinks.

Might work better for others, inexpensive though to give it a try.
