Pros

The cinnamon cassia is a little on the sweeter side and blends well with other smells. The product has a very strong odor of cinnamon which is a plus.

Cons

This brand's oils are too inconsistent. The bubble wrap inside the mailer was all covered with oil. Smells like it went bad or isn't 100% pure. This is not the cinnamon oil you are thinking of if you are looking for the spice cinnamon scent.

Customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company. The shipping is an absolute waste of money.
