Ubiquinol (kaneka qh) (reduced form coq10) is the main ingredient. Small gelcaps so it's easy to *. I take this product because i take statins & they are * muggers of co q 10.

I have been using coq10 for years, but i got this as a more bio-available form of coq10 and it really does seem to be better.

This one goes to my dog, and the qnol from costco is for me.
