I had a skin lesion on my left forearm and the vitamin e is working really well with healing my skin and the scar is fading nicely.

I stay away from the dl type, as it is synthetic and supposedly not as well assimilated as the natural form of e.

Not soo easy to swallow, pills are a little huge.
