Pros

Ecgc is good for health and helps cells to absorb zinc, an important mineral. It gives me a little extra boost at mid day. I find it easier to eat moderate portion sizes at meals, and don't graze on snacks as frequently.

Cons

Results after 1 month usage :- zero weight loss. Zero energy level increase. Those are * pills:) turns out my alanine transaminase and bilirubin levels were through the roof and i was diagnosed with acute liver failure.
