Pros

It's not 100% foolproof, but i do think it helps considerably! The fragrance lasts quite a while longer than other brands i have purchased from other companies.

Cons

This peppermint oil is not the 100% pure peppermint as stated in this label. The dropper that comes with the bottle is not the intended one. After i spritz the contents of the bottles on my bedding and carpet, the scent lasts for only a few minutes.
