Pros

Everyone keeps commenting on the taste and all the silly ways to go about it. Not craving sugar foods no more. Tolerable in cranberry or even apple juice.

This stuff makes whatever is in your skin under it purge! If you need a cleanse this is the product for you. It's still as effective as ever and it's an important item in my medicine cabinet for radiant health.

Filling up 4 capsule halves would equal the recommended daily dose of about two droppers full. I find it easier to do it in a shot size and just get it over with with just enough water to dilute it but get it down in one swoop.

Cons

The taste is horrid and i take other quite * herbal supplements but this tops them all in terms of taste. I'm allergic to ragweed and so are a lot of other people. This bottle says it contains over 50% grain alcohol.
