This joint support powder really works better than anything else i've ever used i literally on my bad wrist can feel it work in about 45 minutes i recommended it to other people some people have worked great some people haven't noticed anything from it but if it helps one person out of three that i recommend it to that's a win in my book and it's cheap enough that if it doesn't work no loss but this is the only thing i've ever used that work in the powder not the pills and the powder doesn't taste like anything when you mix it mix it with water makes it with orange juice makes it with metamucil whatever it's good  Read Less
