Cons

Oil has great scent but bottle came half full because it had leaked out. Smell is close to bergamot, but weak, and what disappointing- it's not colorless like usually essential oils are.

This oil is still a great value for the money, and is useful even though it’s naming may cause some confusion.

I just find the price a little steep, but if you can afford it i think all now oils are very high quality.

Packaging/appearance

Item arrived in great condition love this stuff my wife uses on her hair.

Great product and stellar packaging by the shipper, but the bottle cap was loose and allowed for leakage.

Competitiveness

The scents are always stronger than other brands.

The bottle is expensive, but this brand only requires half of other brands to get the same amount of scent, so worth it in the long run.

There are only two brands of essential oils that i'll buy, and of course this is one of them!
