Pros

I take this because my thyroid levels are on the low side. It boosts my metabolism and controls my * symptoms, i rarely cramp or bloat anymore. I have told my doc that my hair is falling out, i am tired, and i am gaining weight.

Our kelp is tested for and safe in regards to arsenic (must be <2ppm). Thankfully kelp and other forms of seafood are high in iodine;) the pill is a gelcap. It gives me the extra iodine i need, speeds up my metabolism and gives me energy.

Cons

The label says kelp. It says iodine (from organic kelp). This suggests that iodine was improving the voice frequency quality but at the same time something was causing allergic cough and adding to hoarseness of voice.

For the price, you get almost a years supply (200 tablets/365 days in a year), so that is very exciting too.

This does the job at an affordable price.

To only spend approximately $18 a year (2 bottles) to feel better, is beyond worth it!

Competitiveness

So i went with another brand all organic and it's just as good!

I don't used iodized salt and found out neither do several food manufacturers.

Several manufacturers sell higher mcg and i am just personally not comfortable with that.
