Pros

Over time i felt tightness in my chest which my cardiologist said was stable angina. Lowered my blood pressure to almost normal. Love this stuff, i am on some meds that increase bruising - take this and bruises go away very fast.

Cons

Of the three, two expire in august & one in june 2022. Tastes terrible. You're better off ordering l-citrulline.

Now i just crush them and add the powder to my smoothies and i honestly cannot taste the difference.

Much better results from the 500mg compared to this brand's 1,000mg.

The now brand gives me better body function.

I think these would be a better choice for anyone who finds the 1,000 mg tablets a bit large.
