Pros & Cons
Pros
Lecithin granules are a great supplement. I take this specifically because of its health benefit for the myelin sheath which protect the nerves. It is very helpful for breastfeeding mom to preven clogged ducks.
The flavor is mild and they are easy to use on cereal or in a smoothie or juice. It has such a smooth creamy taste. Almost melts in your mouth.
Cons
The product smells like a pesticide when in granular form (in the can), and it tastes like fish when straight from the can. It is much harder to mix than the sunflower lecithin powder also sold on amazon. Were not granules, mostly dust.
Highlights
Quality
The taste and quality is better than i expected.
I've been happy with the quality of this brand and have purchased it several times.
Competitiveness
I bought a cheaper brand later on and have regretted it.
