Now foods lutein 20 mg - 90 veg capsules is a great supplement for your eyes. Been taking this brand of lutein along with flaxseed oil for my eyes for years.

Cons

Constantly gets stuck in my * when swallowing. Capsule is too sticky. Zero improvement in terms of vision and dry eye problems.
