Pros

The magnesium factor from seelig and rosanoff is very good. It works well and is reasonably priced.

Has vit d3 & zinc. The softgels are huge but we take 3 nightly. Although they still happen regularly they are manageable and not nearly as debilitating.

Cons

Pills are hard to * and feel like they don't dissolve well being ineffective. Contains maltodextrin so if you like lower bowel cramps, these are for you!
