Recently arnica is increasingly hard to find. It is powerful. Never fails. When you need magnesium but want to avoid loose bowel movements, this one is your ticket.

Product works well and gets rid of my leg and foot cramps immediately.
By far the best magnesium spray that i have used.
My only complaint is that the bottle was leaking and the product was everywhere.
I need a magnesium supplement to keep my muscles from going into spasm due to an arthritic condition.
