Pros

I'm not a doctor or nutritionist, but i believe this provides good anti-oxidant immune support. Nutritional yeast is a vegan must have.

My skin is great since i started taking these pills, less oily, no breakouts. Also my roseacea on my cheeks is a lot calmer and the keratosis bumps on the back of arms and top of my legs are gone! My skin feels so much better and less dry/itchy.

Cons

Beta carotene does convert into vitamin a, the two are not interchangeable. The capsules in the bottle were all stuck together. The bottle was also completely warped.
