Pros & Cons
Pros
Easy peasy to *. No fishy aftertaste.
Krill oil helps with muscle stiffness and range of motion issues. Keeps my skin and hair moisturized. Works fine for my osteoarthritis.

I like this better than costco megared they sell.
I find that they are more effective than other omega 3 fish oil that i have tried in the past.
