Pros

This is spicy, warm, deeeply fragrant. It smells way to good and it's very soothing! The nutmeg smells wonderful and hides or eliminates strong odors.

Nutmeg is the perfect addition for my holiday diffusing. I feel it helps with diabetic neuropathy pain- with shooting pains and pins and needles. Use it on myself and on my massage clients.

Cons

Now foods nutmeg essential oil has quite an unpleasant fragrance. Main irritation is with amazon for now making returns so difficult. Won't recommend or buy again.
