Pros

Love the reseal packaging. Comes packaged well. Arrived undamaged, and sealed.

The texture of this flax seed meal is very nice. Works very well to do a flax egg (1 tbsp of flaxmeal + 3 tbsp of water). The now flax is organic and seems to be a high quality product.

Mixed into oatmeal it adds more volume and satiety. It mixes very well.

Cons

Can't stand the golden. Won't order again.

I do like it's cold processed, so the product doesn't start getting rancid from the processing.

Price

For this price, i will give it a 5 star.

Packaging/appearance

While i do appreciate that now foods packaging is recyclable through terracycle, it's just poor quality plastic.

Competitiveness

Must have for those on a keto diet.

I like it compared to other brands because it doesn't taste so bad ad the price you can't beat.
