This sweetener dissolves well in my coffee and is perfect in baked good too. It's not workable for all baking, such as situations where you want the sugar to brown, but for basic baked goods it works fine. You can throw it in the blender to make confe... Read More
The price per ounce is a bit high compared with other similar options. The ratio of monk fruit is good! Really like the tast of this. I'm shocked monk fruit is so underrated! Better than sugar!
Monk fruit helps to even out the slightly bitter tones erythritol can sometimes have. I usually go for the liquid which is pure monk fruit instead of the granulated or powdered version.
Erythritol seems to be the go-to as a filler for sweeteners. This sweetener is as described and i am happy with it.
Cons
The serving size is eight grams. The erythritol content is listed as 8 grams. This product has a main ingredient danger for my health.

Price
This was an excellent price for organic monk fruit.
Good monk fruit for a good price.
Shipping
The bag i received in late-july 2021 has a best by date of april 2023.
Competitiveness
This has no weird after taste, like so many artificial sweeteners i’ve tried, and it’s better than stevia, in my opinion.
The now brand of monk fruit tastes the best and is better priced then many other brands.
For the amount you receive and the price this is going for, this is a fair and comparable deal, compared to other brands and types.
