Pros

Psyllium husk powder is the best daily fiber supplement. Best practice is to add some insoluble fiber in every meal too. Helps with older persons who develop constipation plus it cleans out the intestines and colon.

The bottle works great easy to open and put spoon in. It mixes well with water in a jar that i shake vigorously. It gels very quickly, drinking liquid as instructed.

Cons

This bottle has the consistency of flour and only clumps up, but does not really mix. Even with a vigorous stirring there were clumps floating around. Product promises to dissolve but only comes out lumpy. Even tried in blender, still lumpy!

Had to return product immediately. Really frightened me' getting a refund for the price difference has not been easy. Now it’s $15. Ridiculous to go up that high in price.

Flavor is okay, good value for the price

I have stomach issues and was told to try metamucil but i felt that it was a bit too pricey so i bought this instead.

Competitiveness

Compared to metamucil, it's also a much more reasonably priced option.

So try one of the many other options like benefiber, citrucell, a gum fiber, miralax, etc.
