This stuff dramatically reduces how gassy i get after eating. I eat a lot of vegetables and high fiber foods that give me a bit of bloating. I have a digestive system that gets 'got of whack' periodically when i eat certain foods.

Cons
Chantilly health's web site isn't the best. I get real gassy and some stomach problems. Very uncomfortable flatulence. Beware of ‘cellulose’ as a filler in food products.

I typically bought potentiallykosher capsules of exactly that but the last time i ran low on that the brand i like wasnt available and almost everything else i found on amazon was a chewable andor contained ingredients like gelatin that are rarely kosher
