Pros

Now has been a reputable vitamin company for ages. This is a good value for the quality & quantity you get. I take take these to help with cramps and soreness and the are fantastic.

Pretty dissatisfied with this product. He questioned why it would appear in an x-ray.

The pills are huge, much bigger than the ones i was taking before, but they're just as chalky and hard to * as the cheaper ones. I question how effectively my body can absorb them and plan to eliminate both from my supplementation.

The 99mg per capsule is only 2% of the rda. Rda value should be given some prominence in a listing for vitamin supplements.

They are super dry, chalky, and huge. They are way too big and i ended up choking on them. There are other brands that are smaller and not chalk in your mouth.
