At first i used to buy metamucil drink mix which works great but its expensive and 23 of the product is sugar and flavour mix so youre not getting much psyllium

Then i tried the equate brand fibre mix which doesnt work well at all and makes me sick

You can get away with just using 3 capsules at night instead of the recommended 6 which means this product will last you for almost half a year
