Pros

Capsule a day makes a difference, one is the loneliest number, so 2 is better. I take 2 twice a day and they are easy to * and the huge bottle lasts.

Theoretically, by solidifying any diarrhea and/or creating greater bulk, that makes it easier for the backside-muscles to have control on whether anything comes out. No bloating, no abdominal pain or cramps.

Madewell is a reasonably priced brand. They add bulk and make going #2 more solid and the clean up is as easy as one of those nonstick pans wolfgang is trying to sell nowadays. Pricing is excellent!

Cons

The dosage is way too little. It's possible that i'll have permanent damage to my intestines from this little tryout. The capsules are convenient but not really cost effective.

Puritan's price may have better prices but they haven't been selling them for a while.
