Pros

First thing in the morning and last thing before retiring. My blood looks amazing and my digestion and regularity is great. If your health is much better and your tummy much happier because you choke it down every day, this is the one to buy.

Add rounded 1/2 teaspoon pure psyllium powder.

Cons

This powder clumps a lot even after swift stirring. The texture also tends to clump together if you mix it into liquids. The now psylliums husk is not my liquid mix is all runny all the way to the end.

Don't buy this, it isn't husk. I hope they are fixing/undoing whatever caused the change. This is disgusting.
