Pros

The capsule is a bit large, but easy to *. Doesn't have any smell and keeps my immunity strong. I also feel a little calmer than i have felt and feel that it is already helping with my allergies. Take one pill in the morning and one pill at night.

Royal jelly is a super food supplement packed with polyphenols. Gives awesome energy and stamina. Polyphenols are beneficial for build n strengthen your immune system.

Cons

The itchiness is so bad, i feel like ripping my eyes out. The sneezing and congestion is very very bad too. Each capsule has a little honey colored liquid, and then a milky, cloudy substance throughout the rest of the pill. Probably spoiled or contami... Read More
