Pros

This really seems to do the trick. Really amazing stuff. Seems to be helping with my hair though.

It really reduces cramps. Moods are so much lighter and i feel consistent. And anxiety is less. It explains more! It helps me with hot flashes and night sweats.

Cons

Will dispose of it and go to a better brand. Maybe the dosage is too high for me but nah. The current ones the pills are very hard.

I once went on a long weekend getaway and forgot to pack my bottle so i didn't take it for 3 days.

Took these because my midwife recommended to help prepare me for delivery.

I took a pill everyday since it arrived and almost immediately when i took it, i noticed my moods were consistently lighter.

Packaging/appearance

I found an empty capsule shell, two half empty capsules and two capsules with bubbles - see attached picture.

Not sure how these capsules got damaged, maybe it was during packaging or bad handling during shipment, but though of sharing.
